This Taylor 712ce is in very good condition. Minimal fret wear. There are a few scratches from normal playing wear. PLEASE NOTE: The guitar had a top crack repaired. The repair was done in our repair shop by one of our skilled luthiers. The crack was located under the strings, running from the soundhole to the bridge. It could not be captured in a photograph.
