This 00Z-style acoustic is built with a focused, minimalist approach that prioritizes tonal balance and refined craftsmanship. The soundboard is crafted from spruce, prized for its clarity, headroom, and dynamic responsiveness, and is paired with East Indian Rosewood back and sides for rich overtones, strong projection, and a harmonically complex voice. Flamed maple binding frames the body beautifully, adding an elegant visual contrast.

The neck features a Spanish cedar, maple, and walnut five-piece laminate construction, chosen for its strength, stability, and musical resonance. Paua abalone inlays lend a subtle touch of sophistication, while the custom rosette — made from carefully selected maple and rosewood off-cuts — reflects the builder’s thoughtful, detail-driven aesthetic.

Internally, the guitar employs proprietary X-bracing that has been Chladni tuned, a meticulous voicing process designed to optimize responsiveness, sustain, and note-to-note balance. The result is a lively, articulate instrument with excellent sensitivity and a clear, expressive tonal character well suited for fingerstyle, light flatpicking, and nuanced playing.
